Hours: 1:00 PM-4:30 PM

Intro

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBTs who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing supportive, in-person supervision from BCBAs who are invested in your growth and development, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Center-Based RBT, You Will:
  • Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic.
  • Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
  • Collaboratively scaffold your client's social interactions with their peers and participation in group activities in the clinic.
  • Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client.
  • Keep your client's dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
  • Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted the same day services are delivered.

You Will Need:
  • An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com).
  • A high school diploma at minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to pass a Propel-administered background check.
  • An active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
