Duties

  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions based on ABA principles
  • Support and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical staff, and families to track and promote progress
  • Assist in preparing therapy materials and updating client data in Rethink
  • Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
  • Mentor new behavior technicians and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Respond proactively to client needs with care, skill, and professionalism


What We're Looking For:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A compassionate, energetic team player who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children with autism and developmental delays
  • Willingness to travel locally between clinic locations as needed
  • Ability to consistently meet billable hour expectations per week to provide the continuity of care our families deserve
