Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals who deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18. As an RBT at Achievers ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values commitment, humility, and authenticity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress and performance

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports
