Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a local school district in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
This is a full-time, school-based RBT position for someone who enjoys working with students with behavioral needs and wants to expand their ABA experience beyond the clinic setting. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and school team to implement individualized behavior plans and help students build meaningful skills throughout their school day.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in the school setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals
- Assist with generalization of skills across classrooms and school environments
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs
- Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills
- Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
- School-based ABA experience preferred but not required
ABA graduate students or student analysts currently working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- $22.50–$27.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
