This is a hands-on role where you'll see the impact of your work every day.

What You'll Do

Implement Behavior Plans

Provide direct ABA services by implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

Teach Functional Skills

Support communication, social development, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills.

Use Positive Behavior Support

Apply evidence-based behavioral strategies that promote dignity, independence, and meaningful progress.

Collect Data & Monitor Progress

Track behavioral and skill development data to support individualized treatment and service planning.

Support Community Inclusion

Provide services in homes, schools, day programs, and throughout the community, helping individuals participate in meaningful activities and build independence beyond traditional therapy settings.

Collaborate with Teams & Families

Work closely with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals and individualized supports.
