Familiarity with data collection software, electronic health records, and behavior intervention protocols is typically required. Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help RBTs build positive therapeutic relationships and support clinical goals. What is a Clinic Based RBT?

A Clinic-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works in a clinical setting, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals, often children, with autism or other developmental disabilities.
