Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Mililani, HI
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time


About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a clinic-based setting. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced candidates and those new to the field who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact.

No prior certification or experience? No problem-comprehensive paid training and certification support will be provided to help you succeed in your role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support client development

  • Assist clients with communication, social skills, daily living tasks, and behavior support

  • Use play-based and structured teaching methods to promote learning

  • Track and document client progress accurately using provided tools

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure effective care

  • Prepare materials and maintain a clean and organized therapy environment


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training and support provided)

  • Ability to pass a background screening

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Passion for working with children and supporting families
