Job description

Position: Climate Solutions Consultant
Location: Schaumburg, Illinois, US (Mode of work: hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Project description
This individual will support ZRS's climate change-related services, identifying value propositions from ZRS' service menu that support customers in complying with emerging regulatory climate requirements (e.g., California legislation, local laws) and supporting sales efforts by identifying target sectors and customers.
Responsibilities
Identifying climate resilience propositions, target customer profiles, and outreach strategies.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., ZRS leaders, risk engineers, underwriters, distribution) to support sales opportunities.
Serving as a subject matter expert for climate-change related topics, including scientific developments, regulatory requirements, historical industry practices, and forward-looking trends and innovations.
Identifying emerging climate-related market opportunities and proposing services to address them.
