PositionSummary

DynaTenis seekinga HVACService TechnicianIVto join our team! This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization's strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with andassistcustomers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs

  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures

  • Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members

  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact

  • Work on Screw Chillers, Centrifugal Chillers,Air Cooled Chillers,Flaktand Joy fans, andPneumaticSystems.

  • Mentor other technicians

  • Work on high-end commercial, industrial, or specialized HVAC applications such as refrigeration, chillers,boilersor building automation.

  • Positively and professionally represent theDynaTenname and brand to our customers

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of HVAC service experience

  • Master-Level System Expertise, including high-efficiency, multi-zone, and industrial grade equipment

  • 10 years of experience withTroubleshooting & Repairs, including diagnosing and resolving the most complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues

  • 5 years of experience withAdvanced Controls & Automation, advanced knowledge in BuildingAutomationSystems, includingworkwith Direct Digital Control systems for high-efficiency climate controls.

  • Possess EPAUniversalCertification and Texas TDLR Registration

  • Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Commitment to integrity and quality.

  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
