Engagement: contingent, part-time/on-call proposal and post-award expert
Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead climate, geophysical, environmental-social, inclusion and development-impact analysis tied to digital-infrastructure design and financeability.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
•Screen site, route, power, cooling, water and hazard exposure.
•Translate environmental-social, resilience and inclusion risks into design, cost, schedule and mitigation.
•Develop measurable development-impact indicators and TOR follow-on requirements.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
•10+ years of infrastructure resilience, PESIA/ESIA, climate-risk or development-impact judgment.
•Named site/route/facility assessments and recommendations.
•Evidence of feasibility, lender/investor, infrastructure-screening or TOR products.
•International field and Europe/Eurasia experience preferred.
•U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
•Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
