This senior leadership role guides CAPS' technical services across five core areas: Buildings Decarbonization, Zero Waste, Sustainable Food Systems, Transportation, and Water Conservation. The Director manages the strategic integration of technical engineering analysis with practical school operations, supporting paid high school interns and apprentices implementing local climate action plans.

This is a hybrid-remote position based in California (ideally the San Francisco Bay Area) requiring frequent travel (20-30%) to partner school districts.
