Bay Climate Control & Refrigeration is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our team.


We're seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating schedules, communicating effectively with customers and technicians, solving problems quickly, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming service calls
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times and provide updates on technician arrival times
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician activity, including timesheets
  • Monitor technician availability and workload to optimize scheduling and efficiency
  • Work closely with the service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2+ years of experience in HVAC dispatching preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other computer programs
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in HVAC or related field preferred
