Job Description Summary

Under general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, this position receives, maintains and fulfills orders. Additional responsibilities include counting inventory and maintaining a 14,000-square-foot warehouse space by cleaning and restocking shelves as needed.

Essential Duties/Tasks
  • Receives, records, and shelves incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.

  • Assists with management of warehouse inventory, including restocking.

  • Receives and distributes incoming deliveries, forwarding invoices and other documents for payment.

  • Maintains inventory records.

  • Coordinates deliveries and other activities on loading dock.

  • Maintains loading dock and equipment.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Two years of related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of inventory systems and accounting principles.

  • Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

  • Ability to use critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of forklift operations

  • Salesforce and/or Volusion experience

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects

  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions without climate control
