The Transformational Change Analyst supports the successful adoption of technology across IST&O projects, with a primary focus on executing change management activities for  technology implementation projects. This role works under the guidance of a Change Manager, Program Change Lead, or project leadership to help impacted stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role is hands-on and delivery focused, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communications support, training coordination, readiness tracking, deployment support, and post-go-live adoption reinforcement.

A Day in the Life

Change Execution & Delivery

  • Prepare and execute change plans and project change activities and direction from the Change Manager or Program Change Lead.
  • Support implementation planning, deployment readiness, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and adoption reinforcement activities.
  • Maintain change deliverable trackers, issue logs, stakeholder feedback logs, adoption support actions, and readiness inputs.
  • Identify adoption risks, user readiness concerns, and implementation barriers; escalate appropriately to project or change leadership.
  • Partner with project managers, business leads, product/process owners, and SMEs to coordinate change-related activities and timing.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities for impacted business groups, including meeting coordination, briefing materials, feedback capture, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute project communications, talking points, FAQs, meeting materials, and user-facing updates as directed.
  • Support sponsor and business leader communication needs by preparing content, status inputs, and audience-specific messaging materials.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from impacted users to inform project readiness and adoption support.

Training, Readiness & Adoption Support

  • Coordinate training logistics, participation tracking, training schedules, and learner readiness activities.
  • Partner with SMEs and project team members to support development and maintenance of job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and other user support materials.
  • Track training completion, readiness indicators, open actions, stakeholder concerns, and adoption metrics as requested.
  • Support end-user preparation, UAT engagement, go-live readiness, and post-go-live user support activities.

Trading Technology Implementation Support

  • Support change activities for IST&O technology implementations that impact trading, commercial, operations, risk, logistics, or related business functions.
  • Apply working knowledge of trading environments to help translate project changes into user-relevant communications, readiness actions, and adoption support.
  • Work with Business Change Lead to coordinate across business and technology stakeholders to support adoption of trading-related systems, workflows, data handoffs, and process changes.
You Bring This Value
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered by HR.
  • 4-5 years of change management experience supporting technology implementations, business process change, digital transformation, ERP, CTRM/ETRM.
  • Must have Trading experience.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communication planning and execution, training coordination, readiness tracking, and go-live / hypercare support.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate project updates into clear, user-focused materials.
  • Working knowledge of trading or trading-adjacent business processes, systems, or implementation environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting commodity trading, commercial, risk, logistics, supply chain, or energy-related technology implementations.
  • Exposure to CTRM/ETRM platforms, trading workflows, front/middle/back office processes, pricing, risk, settlements, or related commercial systems.
  • Change management certification or training such as Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, project trackers, and training/readiness reporting.
