As a Client Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing a portfolio of 25-30 commercial clients, overseeing their journey post-onboarding. Your focus will be on ensuring client retention, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. What you will do:
  • Manage a book of 25-30 commercial clients with contract values ranging from $70K-$150K
  • Own client relationships post-onboarding, focusing on retention, adoption, and growth
  • Conduct QBRs and strategic touchpoints that align Awardco's value to client's business goals
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals team on renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Identify risks early and proactively build mitigation strategies
  • Leverage platform data to inform client strategy and measure success
  • Educate clients on best practices, platform features, and program improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve client challenges
  • Track client activity and health using Salesforce and ChurnZero
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience rooted in responsiveness and value
What you will bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success managing 20-30 B2B accounts with ACVs of $70K-$150K
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ChurnZero (or a similar CS platform), and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and own outcomes
  • Experience Leading client strategy sessions like QBRs and check-ins
  • Experience driving renewals and expansions alongside a sales partner
  • Experience working cross-functionally to resolve client issues and escalate feedback
  • Experience analyzing data and presenting actionable insights
