What does a client technology manager do?

A Client Technology Manager oversees the technology needs and solutions for a company's clients. They act as a liaison between clients and the internal IT team, ensuring that client requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Their responsibilities often include managing client relationships, coordinating the delivery of technology services, and providing technical guidance to optimize client satisfaction and business outcomes.
