Title: GenAI Change Manager
Duration - 9+ Months
Location - Beaverton, OR, United States, 97005
We're looking for a Change Management team member within our Global Technology Management Office focused on driving transformation with GenAI as a client. This change manager will be responsible for delivering change management plans and implementations on use of AI at client for Global Technology Management Office impacting Global Technology teammates and stakeholders.
As a Change Manager you will successfully manage change management initiatives in the AI space and work closely with the change management team to build training with an understanding of AI adoption and assist in getting these training out to teams faster. You will also drive excellence in change management in support of the technology digital transformation efforts.
Requirements
  • 5 + years of experience with process improvement, change management, and adoption of new technologies.
  • Experience with AI and driving use of AI in the workplace (Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital learning strategies (Experience with Articulate 360 is a plus).
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning.
  • Develop and activate training plans and materials to generate momentum, raise awareness and minimize business disruption.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital learning programs and initiatives in Gen AI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Develop communication plans and materials for specific initiatives to engage stakeholders, drive awareness, adoption and minimize disruption to stakeholders.

Who You'll Work with:
Global Technology Management Office (GTMO) teams, including capability owners, program managers, and product managers.
Domain program and product teams across Global Technology.
Cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and HR.
External partners and vendors, as needed.
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work Experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
Comments for Suppliers: Must be on site at client WHQ Beaverton - Mon-Thurs; Friday WFH
This role is heavily focused on driving Gen AI adoption across the business.
This role will be both delivering training, scheduling sessions, coordinating across business groups to drive productive adoption of Gen AI solutions and agents. The change plan is in place, but the need for experts in change management adoption, Gen AI knowledge and a skillset to help those curious but unsure on Gen AI to take it to the next level.
***This role, specifically, will be heavily focused on building e-learning material and coordinating training with a client FTE Change manager. Once deployed, we would pivot this role to help with agent training and facilitating workshops. Some learning and development experience is a plus.***
