Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to commercial banking clients utilizing treasury management products. This role focuses on responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting routine issues, and supporting the daily operation of services such as ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, liquidity management, and other treasury solutions. The Specialist applies solid knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes to resolve issues accurately and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely information, resolving service requests, and offering basic product guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients regarding Treasury Management products, responding to general and technical inquiries related to product functionality, transaction processing, and account setup. Troubleshoot routine Treasury Management system issues by guiding clients through resolution steps and coordinating escalations with internal support teams when necessary. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses to client requests to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Provide support and guidance to Financial Centers and C3 on inquiries related to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships by delivering high-quality, personalized service and responding promptly to client needs. Conduct periodic client check-ins to assess satisfaction with Treasury Management products and address basic issues or concerns. Communicate proactively with clients regarding system changes, product updates, and scheduled service interruptions that may impact Treasury Management services.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, staying current on enhancements, system updates, and new offerings. Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing Treasury Management services to support efficient cash flow management.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the designated customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
QualificationsEducation

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies. (Required)

Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business. (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years Customer service role within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on commercial banking or Treasury Management. (Required)

1 or more years Experience using MS Office Suite and familiarity with banking software or CRM systems. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. (Required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of cash management principles, banking products, and financial systems. (Preferred)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.
