Full-time

Job description

Location: Metro Vancouver Area - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Thursdays in our East Van studio)

Salary Range: CAD $56,000 to $65,000/year

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

About Us

At Crisp, we are not just a marketing agency – we are your marketing team. We are a values-driven organization that delivers accessible marketing leadership. We infuse businesses with strategic insights to direct practical marketing efforts that get results. Our fractional model frees ambitious entrepreneurs to focus on their strengths while we sharpen their business for success.
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to work directly with our clients to coordinate and execute their marketing plans. Collaborating closely with Senior Marketing Managers and Directors, the Marketing Associate provides fractional marketing support—typically 5 to 10 hours per week per client—to manage tasks across multiple channels. This role directly contributes to client success by managing communications, coordinating projects, and producing deliverables. This role focuses on high-quality execution and collaborative delivery, offering a balance of organization, creativity, and proactive support for internal and client team processes.

As a growing team, we hire continuously for this role and similar positions. Many postings are always open, and we review applications on a rolling basis.

About You

You bring 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, having previously held roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager or similar position in an in-house or agency environment. You have foundational skills in marketing strategy, planning and execution across multiple channels.

You're comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion, coordinating key partners, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed to a high standard. You're confident turning ideas into action and contributing meaningfully to broader marketing objectives.

Organization is one of your superpowers. You love project management, keeping moving pieces aligned, and bringing structure to complexity. You're skilled at managing competing priorities, tracking details, and proactively identifying potential roadblocks. Fast-paced environments energize you, and you thrive when balancing multiple projects.

You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with teammates, leadership, clients, and external partners alike. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable leading conversations, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring everyone stays aligned. You ideally have experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role.

You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to your work. You're equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team, and you're excited by the opportunity to contribute your expertise while continuing to grow alongside a supportive, ambitious group of marketers.

You’re highly comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment and you’re curious about how technology can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and elevate the quality of your work. You quickly learn new platforms and are confident in navigating marketing technologies, project management software, collaboration tools, analytics platforms, and AI-powered solutions.

Most of all, you’re passionate about building a meaningful career in marketing and are excited by opportunities to grow your skills, expand your expertise, and take on increasing levels of responsibility. You’re looking for more than just your next job, you’re looking for a place where you can continue to evolve as a marketer, contribute at a higher level over time, and work alongside talented people who will challenge and support your professional growth.
