Job description

Assistant Center Director.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our new Avondale clinic as an Assistant Center Director.

In this role, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will also assist the Center Director with staff training, orientations, onboarding, clinic operations, and administrative tasks, while helping maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Location & Schedule
  • Location: In-clinic in Avondale
  • Full-Time
Requirements
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
