Job description

Client Success Manager-Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30345

ABOUT THE ROLE

Versatex a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates manages procurement on behalf of clients across all spend tiers. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own client relationships from day one — serving as the voice of the client internally and the face of our value externally. You will ensure clients recognize what we deliver, renew, and grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own client relationships end-to-end: weekly check-ins, monthly updates, and executive QBRs.

Act as the client's internal advocate — surface issues, drive resolutions, and keep the delivery team accountable.

Drive client adoption using change management: engage champions, set milestones, and celebrate wins.

Translate procurement metrics (savings, SUM, supplier performance) into executive-ready narratives.

Lead renewal and expansion conversations proactively — flagging risk 90+ days before contract expiry.

Respond within 1 hour for urgent matters; same business day for all other communication.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or managed-services delivery.
  • Executive presence — comfortable owning relationships with VPs, CPOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication discipline and high integrity.
  • Procurement, supply chain, or construction/facilities background is a plus.

Versatex a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
