Client Success Associate

Signarama King of Prussia/Norristown/Willow Grove is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Success Associate to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping things moving. You'll help support our customers and project management team by answering phones, assisting with customer requests, entering and processing orders, and managing smaller signage projects from start to finish. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable multitasking, communicating with customers, and learning the ins and outs of the custom signage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions, order requests, and project inquiries
  • Greet and assist customers who visit the office
  • Take customer orders and accurately enter project details into our order management system
  • Manage smaller signage projects from order entry through completion
  • Communicate with customers regarding proofs, pricing, timelines, order status, and pickup
  • Prepare basic quotes and process orders as needed
  • Coordinate with our design, production, and installation teams to help keep projects moving
  • Follow up with customers to obtain missing information, approvals, artwork, or other project details
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information in our system
  • Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and other day-to-day project needs
  • Help resolve basic customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support to the team

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative, office, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional phone presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and order management or CRM software
  • Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in signage, printing, graphics, or a related industry is a plus, but not required
