ON-SITE COORDINATOR
Reports To: On-Site Manager / Area Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

The On-Site Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily workforce operations at assigned client sites. This position provides foundational experience in staffing operations, associate management, and client support.

The On-Site Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring attendance accountability, accurate timekeeping, and effective communication between associates, client leadership, and internal teams.

This role is designed as the first step in the On-Site leadership progression path, preparing individuals for advancement into On-Site Supervisor and higher-level leadership roles.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support daily on-site operations including shift check-in, attendance tracking, and associate accountability
  • Assist with maintaining accurate timekeeping and support payroll-related processes
  • Communicate attendance updates, call-offs, and staffing needs to On-Site leadership and Branch teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for associates, providing direction and escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with onboarding activities including new associate check-in and orientation support
  • Participate in safety walks and support daily startup or safety meetings
  • Observe associate performance and attendance, escalating concerns in alignment with company processes
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to attendance, incidents, and daily operations
  • Partner with On-Site leadership, Branch teams, and client supervisors to support workforce needs
  • Ensure client expectations, processes, policies, and service standards are followed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to On-Site leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of experience in staffing, warehouse, logistics, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Willingness to learn workforce coordination, attendance tracking, and timekeeping processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules based on client and operational needs

Technology & Systems

  • Timekeeping and attendance management systems
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or staffing platforms (preferred)
  • Basic reporting and data entry tools

Work Environment

This position operates primarily within a client-site environment, including warehouse and production floor settings. The role requires regular interaction with associates and client personnel in active operational areas.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to move throughout large client sites during shifts
