Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client-Side Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of user-facing web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create responsive, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to build practical experience in front-end development and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain responsive client-side web applications and user interfaces.
  • Translate design concepts and business requirements into functional web experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
  • Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend services.
  • Identify and troubleshoot browser, interface, and application issues.
  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure application quality and compatibility.
  • Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and development notes.
  • Assist with application updates, releases, and ongoing improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and development practices.
  • Perform other software development duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in front-end, client-side, or web development.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with npm, GitHub, or similar development tools.
  • Basic knowledge of automated testing or front-end testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application development is a plus.
