Clark Wealth Partners is a growing wealth management firm focused on delivering thoughtful financial guidance and a high level of service to individuals and families.


We are hiring a Client Service Associate to support both the operational side of the firm and the day-to-day service experience for clients. This role starts with a strong foundation in internal operations, systems, and organization, while also handling core client service responsibilities. Over time, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility as trust and proficiency grow.


This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, stays organized without being asked, and follows through consistently. The environment is collaborative, but expectations are high and attention to detail matters.


What Success Looks Like


Within 3-6 months, a successful hire will:

  1. Handle day-to-day responsibilities with consistency and minimal oversight
  2. Keep systems, data, and workflows accurate and up to date
  3. Respond to client needs in a timely, professional, and thoughtful manner
  4. Reduce administrative burden on advisors and help the team operate more efficiently
  5. Take ownership of responsibilities and step in to solve problems when needed


Key Responsibilities


Client Service & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for client service requests and general inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
  • Coordinate client communications, including scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups
  • Prepare client meeting materials, financial reports, and summaries
  • Support onboarding and transitions for new and existing clients


Account Management & Processing

  • Process account openings, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update client records across Schwab, Wealthbox, and internal systems
  • Assist with compliance documentation and recordkeeping requirements
  • Monitor and complete client-related workflows to ensure timely execution


Operations & Systems

  • Maintain CRM (Wealthbox) accuracy so information is complete, current, and usable
  • Manage internal tracking systems for reporting, client transitions, and workflows
  • Track key client and COI data points, including birthdays, anniversaries, and planning milestones
  • Look for ways to improve organization and efficiency across processes over time
