About the job Client Services Representative
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, people-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Services Representative. In this role, you will assist clients with exploring vacation options, organizing requested arrangements, and keeping important information clear and up to date throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping customers, researching choices, staying organized, and handling multiple details with care. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to learn about their destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, priorities, and budget.
  • Research suitable hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and package options using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected services and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Provide ongoing support by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and helping with routine changes or requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, review important information for completeness, and continue building knowledge through supplier and destination education.
