We are seeking self-starters who will provide excellent client service while being able to prioritize, stay focused in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to details.

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of incoming client calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs in order to provide quality client service
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints, ensure escalation to department manager as needed
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Exceed expectations by providing excellent customer service to engage customers
  • Work as a team

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree


MUST be able to work nights and weekends. Prior veterinary experience is REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time
