Miami, FL - Wynwood (5 Days Onsite)
Are you an experienced Customer Success, Account Manager, or Project Manager with strong enterprise Client experience and looking to work at the forefront of Agentic AI?
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting and Agentic AI, allowing you to partner with customers while designing and deploying AI solutions that make a measurable impact.
Join a fast-growing, Series B-backed AI company in Miami with proven product-market fit, building world-class AI Digital Workers that are transforming how enterprises communicate through voice, messaging, and intelligent workflow automation.
This isn't a traditional Customer Success role. You'll own the customer journey from discovery to deployment, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business processes, building AI agents that solve real operational challenges, and continuously optimizing their performance to deliver measurable business impact.
As the business continues to grow, you'll take ownership of increasingly strategic customer engagements with a clear pathway into technical or customer leadership.
The Role

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
  • Lead AI implementations from discovery through deployment and adoption.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI Digital Workers using modern tools.
  • Optimize AI workflows, prompts, and automations using performance data and customer feedback.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Help shape best practices as the company scales its enterprise AI platform.
The Person
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Account Management, Project Management, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise customers and delivering complex technology implementations.
  • Knowledge / Experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM workflows using tools such as Claude, OpenClaw, Cursor, LangChain, or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work directly with senior business leaders.
  • Commercially minded, organized, and passionate about delivering measurable customer outcomes.
  • Excited by the opportunity to join a high-growth AI company at the forefront of Agentic AI.
  • Happy to work onsite in Miami.
