Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Regional Food and Environmental Services Project Manager to oversee our Baylor Scott & White Health Region. The Regional Food and EVS Project Manager is responsible for developing, enabling and coordinating projects and solutions across the region. This includes developing tools, implementing programs, and processes necessary to drive region initiatives. Must have demonstrated the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute project management and achieve desired project outcomes. Projects may include continuous and temporary assignments. Understanding of healthcare food services and environmental services are key to success.

Job Responsibilities

This role manages projects/programs by overseeing and implementing structure, and resource requirement allocation. The successful candidate is a forward thinker and exercises a solid business acumen/savvy, organization, stakeholder (people) expectation management, and project leadership skills. The job requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication abilities, analytical skills, self-motivation, and creativity.

  • Oversees project plan creation, execution, stakeholder responsibilities, monitoring, communication cadence, and facilitates the development of initiatives through meetings and customized communications.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, engagement planning, formalized communications and engagements, stakeholder report outs, support of mobilizations and key program development, and support of client presentations.
  • Supports the roll-out and execution of enterprise or Region/District/Site as directed by region leadership to drive outcomes, focusing on efficiency/effectiveness, adherence to standards, and an increase to overall performance.
  • Manages the intake, organization, assignment, and closeout of projects.
  • Provides the scope of work to sponsors/owners and guiding project managers to ensure to exceed expectations.
  • Liaises with key stakeholders, onsite teams and external partners,
  • Manages project roles and responsibilities and stays at the forefront of potential risks to timelines, budgets, etc.
  • Moves multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes forward while maintaining attention to detail under extreme time pressures.
  • Fosters support and relationships by developing a strong level of trust and credibility with all stakeholders.
  • Translates and communicates information, implications, and recommendations using clear written and verbal skills appropriately with a diverse audience.
  • Enables identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and course correct / revise project plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.  
       Preferring 3-5 years of project management experience and/or operational experience with record of measurable success and effective performance.
       Hospital food service or EVS/Facilities operational experience preferred 
       Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix organization.
       Experience managing multiple priorities or client accounts.
       Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute project management and achieve desired project outcomes
       Strong business and financial acumen.
       Strong communication, presentation and influence management skills.
       Candidates will ideally live in the DFW region; Candidates living in the Austin, Temple and College Station areas will also be considered. 
       Willingness to travel 25%
