Client Services Representative

Working Business to Business, resolving issues for our customers, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems. If you have great focus, attention to detail, and the desire to get things done right, this is the job for you.

Expected Pay: $19 - $21/hr

Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST

Type of Work: Full-Time, Hybrid

Location: Henderson, NV - Salt Lake City, UT - Anaheim, CA

At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (required)

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking

Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations

Proficency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications

Work productively with minimal supervision

Can do, positive demeanor

Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone, etc.

Available as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and interdepartmental relationships.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and client representatives.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to client needs and objectives.

Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage client engagement by providing timely response times and clear communication.

Be a key contributor in client satisfaction.

Responsible for claims processing and status updates.

Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.

Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.
