Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate who wants to deliver a white-glove client experience and serve as a relationship manager for complex client and operational workflows.
This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting UHNW families and managing intricate client relationships, and offers opportunities to those who want to work alongside experienced advisors, investment professionals, and family office specialists that serve a variety of clients, such as entrepreneurs, executives, multi-generational families and non-profit organizations.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Carmel, Indiana.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering high-touch service experience and cultivating long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage day-to-day client service activities with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Lead complex client onboarding initiatives, coordinating with custodians, trust companies, transfer agents, investment managers, and other third parties to facilitate account openings, transfers, and ongoing administration.
  • Support sophisticated investment and family office workflows, including coordination with alternative investment managers, private equity firms, custodians, and other external providers.
  • Assist clients with liquidity events, distributions, cash management requests, and other specialized wealth management activities.
  • Partner with advisors, the investment team, and leadership to ensure a seamless and highly personalized client experience.
  • Leverage firm technology platforms and reporting systems to maintain data integrity, enhance workflows, and support operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help establish scalable best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic projects, client initiatives, and the continued growth of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, wealth management operations, or a similar role within an RIA, multi-family office, or single-family office environment.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Broad understanding of investment products, mutual funds, custodial platforms, and brokerage account administration.
  • Experience coordinating account openings, transfers, money movements, and client servicing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain discretion when working with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of responsibilities and initiatives.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The role offers a base salary plus discretionary bonus, with anticipated base compensation beginning at $70,000+ and may be adjusted based on qualifications and relevant experience.
