We’re looking for a professional and organized Client Services Associate to support day-to-day client communication and account needs.

In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, respond to questions and requests, provide information about products and services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company processes
  • Assist clients with routine account needs and service-related inquiries
  • Coordinate follow-up communication and provide relevant updates
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding requests
