About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate in Client Service to join one our team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to project management. This is a full-time, hybrid role, at our Seattle headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service & Operations Excellence: Exhibit mastery of client service operations, ensuring the smooth execution of processes related to client portfolios, account and cash management, and project oversight.
  • Investment Implementation & Asset Allocation Review: Leading and managing the implementation of investment plans for new and existing clients, as well as coordinating asset allocation oversight.
  • Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the new client onboarding process, managing the implementation of accounts and services, and ensuring all related actions are completed with precision.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing high-touch service and proactively addressing their needs. Independently handle non-Advisor-related inquiries, including administrative support, and money movements.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a trusted mentor to new Associates, leading training initiatives and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Spearhead and participate in a collaborative group with your peers to regularly review and discuss topics related to client communication, streamlining processes, and promoting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business degree preferred).
  • Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain upon hire within 6 months is required.
  • 3+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client service functions, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and training team members to enhance knowledge and performance.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Tamarac Reporting System and Schwab Advisor Center are a plus.
