This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who is eager to learn the investment business, develop new skills and grow within a collaborative, community-focused financial organization.As a Client Services Associate, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day client experience by managing incoming calls, correspondence and appointments; maintaining client files and databases; preparing portfolio reviews and sales and referral reports; and coordinating marketing initiatives and materials. You'll work closely with our investment team while building strong relationships across Waukesha State Bank and serving as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for our internal business partners.We're looking for someone who brings outstanding customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
