About the Job

Client Service Associate (a.k.a Service Advisor)

We are seeking an experienced, on-site Client Service Associate (Service Advisor) to join our client-facing team in Knoxville. This is a relationship and execution role. You'll work alongside a team of 16 CFPs in a fully integrated model - investments, planning, tax, insurance, and estate planning all under one roof - serving clients who have trusted us with the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Because this is an in-office position, candidates must either live in the Knoxville area or be willing to relocate. A relocation stipend is available.

Primary Duties

  • Serve as a point of contact for an assigned book of client households

  • Pro-actively communicate with clients to maintain relationships and provide the highest level of service

  • Support a lead advisor with client and prospect meetings on topics such as financial planning updates, life-events and transitions, and investment updates

  • Coordinate internally across planning, tax, and investment teams to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Maintain rigorous documentation and follow-through in Salesforce, the primary CRM

  • For those interested, tools and resources will be provided to support preparation for the CFP® examination (not required)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in wealth management or financial planning (required)

  • FINRA licensing (required)

  • High ownership mentality - you follow through, communicate proactively, and clients notice

  • Comfortable operating in a structured, process-oriented environment

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM (preferred)
