Job description

The national AmLaw 200 law firm seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the well-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida for succession planning and growth needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience with direct client management responsibilities and the planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including the transfer of multi-generational wealth through the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments; post-mortem administration; tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709 and 1041. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm and ability to provide high quality client services is essential. Florida bar required.
