Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and interested in working for a reputable financial firm? Join our dynamic team at Wealth Management CPAs based in Salt Lake City, UT. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to support our advisors and provide outstanding service to our valued clients.
The Client Service Associate serves as a key part of the client journeyโ€”from onboarding and asset transfers to ongoing service and advisor supportโ€”helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standards of our firm.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Serve as a point of contact for client service requests with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering a high-touch service experience
  • Manage incoming client calls and coordinate timely resolution of requests and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Wealthbox)
  • Support advisors by preparing for client meetings and ensuring a positive client experience
  • Coordinate and monitor account transfers from submission through completion
  • Process service requests including beneficiary updates, withdrawals, account maintenance, and annuity reallocations
  • Review applications and paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Assist with new business processing and operational workflows
