Job description

JJ Moore & Associates is a dynamic immigration law firm with offices in Nashville, Tennessee, and Atlanta, Georgia, serving primarily the Latino community. Our practice focuses on helping clients adjust their status within the United States, with a particular emphasis on representing victims of domestic abuse. We pride ourselves in combining strong legal advocacy with compassionate, client-centered representation.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Georgia office team to help handle administrative tasks including customer care to our clients, communication letters, correspondence, case inquiries, etc.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manning the front desk
  • Attending to Clients; communication, fingerprinting etc
  • Creating Client files
  • Providing case updates to clients
  • Sending client update letters
  • Special projects
  • Compliance of confidentiality

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with over 30 hours per week. Our office is open from 9am ET to 6.00pm ET. Work hours will fall within that time range. Saturday may be required twice a month.
