Job description

The Will Scroggins Wealth Team is looking for a detail-oriented, people-oriented Client Services Associate who enjoys working directly with clients and being part of a collaborative team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Birmingham, Alabama.
Job Summary:
The Client Services position assists the Financial Advisor with various administrative tasks and provides clients with quality service. This position interacts daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients, including handling basic inquiries. The role schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments for advisors while maintaining databases and creating reports using the Client Relationship Management platform. This position will have routine contact with internal and external customers required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information while sustaining a professional image. This role provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Serve as a professional, friendly point of contact for clients and help create a welcoming, high-touch client experience
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to assist with service needs, paperwork, and follow-through
  • Help manage advisor calendars and coordinate client meeting scheduling
  • Prepare client meeting materials and help ensure meetings and follow-up are organized and executed smoothly
  • Coordinate client requests and action items with advisors and other team members
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and client requests to ensure complete and timely follow-through
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce and other systems
  • Manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks as client and team needs change
  • Approach day-to-day responsibilities with flexibility, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with advisors and team members to deliver an excellent and consistent client experience
  • Communicate openly, ask questions, and proactively help move team priorities forward
  • Anticipate team needs and contribute to organized, efficient processes
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team
