Looking for a customer-focused professional to join a high-volume contact center supporting banking clients. This role offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and the potential for hybrid flexibility after permanent conversion.

• Handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with account inquiries, debit card issues, deposits, and basic banking transactions
• Support customers with online and mobile banking navigation
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service
• Follow compliance and security procedures
• Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility

• Start Date: 9/8/2026
• Paid 6-Week Training Program
• Schedule Availability Required: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-7:00 PM

• Lifelong BG check required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85020.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix,AZ 85020.
