Job Title: Client Service Coordinator


Company: Orkin Pest Control/Sawyer, Inc.



Responsibilities:

- Schedule, organize, and route work for optimum efficiency

- Manage incoming phone calls

- Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources

- Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone

- Receive and record client payments

- Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities

- Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients

- Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various co-workers, clients and vendors

- Achieve inside sales goals

- Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

- High degree of professionalism and communication

- Ambitious and results-driven individual that takes initiative

- Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly

- Strong facilitation and team skills

- Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills

- Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills

- Minimum of 1-year office work and customer service experience required

- Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
