Banfield Pet Hospital - Client Service Coordinator (CSC)
Served as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy veterinary hospital. Managed appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, medical record accuracy, and client communications to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Collaborated closely with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and hospital staff to maintain efficient workflow and provide compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeted clients and patients in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Scheduled appointments, managed the hospital calendar, and coordinated patient flow.
