Job description

Client Operations Analyst

This role serves as the central point of contact for client onboarding and account opening within the Franchise New Business Group.

This position aligns with specific sales desks and works closely with sales coverage, legal, credit risk, operations, compliance, and clients to ensure an effective and smooth on-boarding process.

This position will develop strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, corporations, hedge funds, and private equity, while managing tight deadlines to meet service level expectations.

Own and drive the onboarding process on behalf of the desk for all client types and products, specifically focusing on Sponsored repurchase agreements and ancillary documents for Clearing of US treasuries

Manage the priority queue through active discussions with Sales and clients

Drive internal and external conversations to facilitate the negotiation of trading agreements such as ISDA, MRA, CDEA, and MSFTA

Develop in-depth knowledge of all account opening requirements including AML, KYC, and product-to-legal-entity alignment

Manage tight deadlines to ensure we meet clients' service level expectations regarding fund launches, market specific deadlines, and trade dates

Provide excellent client service at the time of onboarding

Demonstrate a sound appreciation of new business policies and process enhancements

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 1-3 years of client service or financial institution experience

Prior experience in related onboarding functions such as Due Diligence or Agreement negotiation is preferred

Experience and/or knowledge with ISDA, MRA, and other trading agreements is preferred

General understanding of onboarding, KYC, or regulatory requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects

Strong attention to detail

Strong client service orientation

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments

Demonstrates a sound appreciation of new business policies and process enhancements
