Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mailroom tasks, print production, restocking and maintaining inventory for office and pantry supplies, while providing support to ensure smooth office operations at both client locations. This role also offers opportunities to learn and develop additional office skills, including spreadsheet and document creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Mailroom Operations:
โ€ข Process outgoing shipments, including FedEx and other carriers.
โ€ข Assist with large mailings, shipments.
โ€ข Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Print Requests/Fleet Management:
โ€ข Process print and reprographics requests.
โ€ข Check and submit service requests for all printers.
Pantry Maintenance:
โ€ข Conduct scheduled pantry sweeps.
โ€ข Restock pantry supplies.
โ€ข Monitor and order pantry supplies.
General Office Support:
โ€ข Assist with organizing office events and setups
โ€ข Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs safely.
โ€ข Collaborate with the onsite team to support day-to-day office operations.
Supply Management:
โ€ข Restock office supplies as needed.
โ€ข Maintain inventory records for office supplies.
โ€ข Advise office team when and what reordering /replenishment is required in a written format.
Requirements:
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
โ€ข Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of shipping processes, particularly FedEx (preferred but not required).
โ€ข Willingness to learn, grow and participate in an open plan office environment. Open to learning and acquiring new skillsets in spreadsheet creation and document preparation.
โ€ข A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
โ€ข Familiarity with basic office software, including Excel and Word.
โ€ข Previous experience in inventory management, print production, or mailroom operations.
โ€ข Good organizational skills, comfortable with paperwork, recording keeping, note taking.
Work Environment:
โ€ข This role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes and organizing supplies.
โ€ข Office-based position with a focus on hands-on tasks.
โ€ข Respectful and comfortable working with all levels of management and support staff.
