  • Maintain a proper annual flow of business for each client based on set specifications.

  • Daily prep and debrief of client meetings, and delegating follow-up.
  • Occasional travel support, including conference, transportation, and offsite meeting booking.
  • Support long-term client relationships by providing consistent, high‑touch service.
  • Provide operational assistance with repeated processes; offer observations on bottlenecks and ideas for improvement.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as an individual and team; embracing AI & automation but never sacrificing client experience.
  • Backup support for front desk client concierge, including welcoming clients and guests; answering and directing calls; and checking voicemails in a timely fashion.
  • Consistently uphold high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.

·       We believe in promoting from within whenever possible. Successful team members who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and leadership are often presented with opportunities for expanded responsibilities, growth, and increased compensation.·

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional demeanor and communication skills, both in person and virtually.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Comfort with technology. Our daily software suite is Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM, with additional training on financial tools.

BENEFITS (after 90-day probationary period)

·       401(k) with automatic 3% employer contribution.

  • Health, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Discretionary company bonus.
  • Generous paid time off: holidays, birthday, sick time, and 15 days of personal time for the first four years of employment, after which days are increased.
  • Complimentary financial advisory services.
