Client Service Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $45-50K
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process basic corporate filings, document retrievals, searches, UCC Searches and filings, and other entity-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
- Research public records and review corporate documents using internal systems and external resources.
- Maintain accurate records, process billing activities, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advancement from Previous level, industry experience or similar professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines
- Adaptability, teamwork, and ability to learn and train others in proprietary systems
- Familiarity with loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate filings
- Experience in legal, compliance, financial services, or corporate support environments
