Client Service Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: $45-50K

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated professional with corporate and customer service experience to join our collaborative, family-oriented team. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process basic corporate filings, document retrievals, searches, UCC Searches and filings, and other entity-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
  • Research public records and review corporate documents using internal systems and external resources.
  • Maintain accurate records, process billing activities, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advancement from Previous level, industry experience or similar professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and ability to learn and train others in proprietary systems
