We're looking for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) who brings positive energy, outstanding customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping pets and their families. As the first and last impression of our hospital, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient experience for every client who walks through our doors.

As a key member of our veterinary team, you'll:

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every pet and pet parent.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while helping clients find the best care options for their pets.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and review invoices.
• Explain hospital services, policies, treatment plans, wellness programs, and preventative care recommendations.
• Assist clients with medication refills, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues with compassion and professionalism.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care, wellness visits, vaccination schedules, and hospital resources.
• Support the medical team by ensuring client information is accurate and complete before appointments.
• Manage daily appointment flow and help maximize schedule efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, inventory support, and record management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
