Job Description

Join JPMorganChase's Trade & Working Capital Client Service organization and help deliver an exceptional client onboarding and service experience.

You will work in a collaborative, team-based model and partner closely with internal stakeholders to solve complex client needs. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationship skills, develop product knowledge over time, and learn the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with coaching from senior leaders.

As a Client Service Associate within the Trade & Working Capital Client Service organization, you will support both implementations (onboarding, documentation, and execution support) and ongoing service (client requests, changes, and issue resolution) while building client relationships, product knowledge, and learning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with coaching from senior leaders. You will help ensure timely follow-up, clear communication, and a strong overall client experience. You will collaborate with internal partners across functions to progress requests, resolve issues, and support seamless delivery for clients.

Job Responsibilities

Support the team as a day-to-day contact for client onboarding, transactions, and ongoing service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and a strong client experience

Assist with implementation execution by coordinating activities, tracking timelines and action items, obtaining required documentation, and supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

Maintain and monitor service and implementation queues, triage requests, and escalate appropriately

Build, manage, and grow client relationships by proactively engaging stakeholders, understanding client needs, and driving high levels of client satisfaction

Liaise with internal partners (Relationship, Operations, Treasury Management, Sales, Product, Implementations) to progress requests and resolve issues

Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, capturing issues, and supporting change activities

Use firm-approved AI tools to analyze service drivers (for example, themes from emails or cases, exception types, and recurring root causes) and translate insights into practical fixes (such as process changes, training, or updated templates)

Develop trade product expertise over time, including exposure to more complex trade concepts and transactions

Support senior team members on client deliverables

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

At least 1 year of experience in client service, operations, implementations, or a middle/back-office function

Demonstrated client-service mindset, including use of firm-approved AI tools to improve responsiveness and consistency in servicing

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-first mindset

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and comfort working within deadlines

Self-directed approach, attention to detail, and sound judgment on when to escalate

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort working with digital channels and electronic banking platforms

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience within Trade Finance and/or Transaction Banking

Exposure to trade products (for example, Letters of Credit) and/or global trade servicing

Prior experience supporting projects (maintaining action logs, timelines, and issue or risk lists)

Experience working with stakeholders across regions and time zones (for example, North America, Latin America, and Europe, Middle East and Africa)

Interest in process improvement and learning end-to-end implementation-to-service handoffs

Final job grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (10%) to visit clients and internal partners.
