Job description

Established RIA is searching for a motivated individual to collaborate closely with clients while providing essential support to their advisory team.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and accounts, including the completion of client questionnaires
Onboard accounts using Schwab, QCDs, SLOAs (initiate move money requests), and monitor monthly client draws
Maintain banking relationship, collateral releases, client interest payments, and QB entries in client files
Craft personalized client outreach materials
Coordinate quarterly conference agendas and client meetings
Track Advisors' time, business miles, professional CPE hours
Monitor emails
Prepare quarterly data for Advisor's portfolio analysis (BPC)
Assist in preparing client Investment Portfolio Reports
Handle invoicing and fee withdrawals, FCA monthly billing, WMA quarterly billing
Keep track of Annual Material Change Notice mailings as well as ADV requests
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Experience with the following: QuickBooks, Quicken, Juncture, Orion, eMoney,, AdvisorEngine, and/or Adobe
Resourceful; team player; multi-tasker; organized; self-starter; process-oriented; strong grammar and written as well as oral communication skills
