The Role

We are seeking a detail oriented and client focused Client Service Associate to support our Client Services team. This role is essential to delivering a seamless client experience, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling advisors to focus on strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, high touch environment.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-net-worth clients and advisor relationships
  • Build long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and a clear understanding of client objectives
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup, documentation, and coordination with custodians.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow‑up on client requests.
  • Proactively engage clients with relevant updates, insights, and planning considerations

Advisor Support

  • Prepare reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials for advisors.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Support advisors with workflow management, pipeline tracking, and client service initiatives

Investment Communication

  • Clearly articulate Alta’s investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers
  • Translate market developments and portfolio activity into meaningful client-facing insights

Client Experience & Execution

  • Ensure all client deliverables, follow-up items, and service requests are handled with precision and timeliness
  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams to support onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service needs
  • Maintain high standards of organization, documentation, and communication

Relationship Development

  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand engagement over time

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with advisors, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes, technology use, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions‑oriented team culture.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client‑facing operational role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment fundamentals and portfolio construction concepts
  • Experience with and proficiency in platforms similar to our core systems (Schwab, Sales Force, MS Office, etc.) is preferred.
  • Earn Series 65 within 120 days of employment
